5 Steps To Creating Your Dream Home

We try to be as straightforward and effective as we can with all of our home renovations in the San Diego region. We start to work right away and complete your makeover quickly while still providing the best possible quality and customer service. 

Here are our five simple steps for remodeling: 

Meeting In Your home

Simply get in touch with us via phone, email, or our contact form to arrange a meeting. A member of our team will visit your home to take a look around and provide you with a free estimate. To ensure that you are on the same page from the beginning, you and your contractor will discuss your needs, vision, and budget together. 

Estimated Costs

After the in-home consultation (or occasionally during), we’ll provide you with a remodel proposal. The labor expenses and schedule for the project are specified in the proposal. The estimate also takes your preferences for design and financial constraints into account. 

Make A Contract

Then, we’ll give you a typical, simple-to-understand California contract that outlines team roles, your vision, a cost estimate, a timetable, and homeowner concerns, in addition to industrial building and safety norms and requirements. As soon as the contract is signed, we begin working! 

Preparation And Scheduling

You will have a meeting with your remodeling team to go over the project as a whole and the next steps to get things going. This group may include your CV Construction and Restoration contractor as well as an outside architect, engineer, and/or designer. We can, however, act as a one-stop shop if that would be more convenient for you. 

If we fill those roles for you, we’ll produce architectural, engineering, and/or design drawings for your review and approval. Once the concept is decided upon, we take care of the material supply and procurement. Any building permits needed by the city of San Diego for the project’s completion can also be acquired by your project manager. ​ 

Building & Remodeling

From the demo through the project’s completion, we handle everything. To start, the job site must be enclosed in order to maintain the highest level of cleanliness. We schedule waste collection and drape a dust mask over the construction site to keep dust from settling inside the house. We’re available any day of the week, from Monday through Saturday. Your contractor will give you project updates on those days and even on non-working days (in person or over the phone, if needed), as well as consultation on every aspect of the makeover. ​
